You will need:
100g butter, melted and cooled
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180C, gas 4
- Mix together the butter, egg and vanilla in a big bowl
- Add contents from the jar and mix well
- Roll into small balls, the size of a walnut
- Place on baking trays leaving space for the mixture to spread
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned
- Cool slightly then transfer to cooling rack
