Lavender Shortbread


Making Lavender Shortbread is easy with this luxury mix, peppered with lavender flowers they are perfect with your morning coffee or afternoon tea

What You’ll Need:
100g softened butter


  • Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4
  • Mix contents of pack with the softened butter
  • Knead with hands to form a soft dough
  • Roll out on floured surface to about 5mm thick
  • Cut into shapes and transfer to a baking tray
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes
  • Cool slightly then transfer to cooling rack

Makes 15 with a 2 inch cutter

Flour (wheat gluten), Sugar, Cornflour (100%Maise Starch). Dried Lavender Flowers, Sea Salt
